Better trained staff would enhance the experience.

We had an amazing time at the hotel! The staff was friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their face. Breakfast had a great selection of delicious food and the hotel facilities were fantastic. We loved swimming in the rooftop pool and working out in the big gym. The location was perfect - close to many restaurants, shops, and things to do.

Spent my Easter holiday in a hotel that had great amenities such as a rooftop swimming pool and clean gym. the staff were welcoming and willing to suggest local beaches and restaurants for us to explore. the hotel was located in an area that was in walking distance to various restaurants and shops. Another advantage was that our room was spacious and well ventilated.

The breakfast lacked variety and wasn't appetizing. Some of the staff members lacked customer service skills and didn't seem to be willing to assist us when we had questions.
